By accessing or using CalDate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalDate is a scheduling platform that allows users to set their availability, share booking links, and manage appointments. The Service integrates with third-party calendar and video conferencing providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the booking system.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar, Zoom, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CalDate is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Dynamic Digital LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create (event types, booking data, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
